Today I’ve spotted an interesting find in Belvedere. It’s a 3 bedroom maisonette on with Apex Residential with offers invited in excess of £175,000. At first glance this doesn’t seem to be very attractive, however, look closer and there is great potential. For argument’s sake let’s say you purchase this property for £185,000 (remember the sellers are asking for offers in excess of £175,000); with the potential rent of £950pcm you would be looking at a yield of 6.16%, which is pretty healthy. But what really caught my eye was not only the property’s close proximity to Belvedere Train Station but that it has 3 bedrooms – all with en suite shower rooms! Today, we take a look at a 2 bed property in Bexley. 2 bedroom properties are usually seen as being the ‘bread & butter’ of the lettings industry. If there was ever a type of property which is in demand and will remain in high demand for the foreseeable future, then it’s the two bedders. Anyway, it's a two bed apartment and it's chain free!
