Today I’ve spotted an interesting find in Belvedere. It’s a 3 bedroom maisonette on with Apex Residential with offers invited in excess of £175,000. At first glance this doesn’t seem to be very attractive, however, look closer and there is great potential. But what really caught my eye was not only the property’s close proximity to Belvedere Train Station but that it has 3 bedrooms – all with en suite shower rooms!
